Fake Profiles

There is a difficulty in seeing who is actually genuine or not and we did feel like we came across quite a few fake profiles, although it is a very quick and simple process to report these. We mostly got a reply back within 24 hours and the longest wait time for us was 48 hours, unlike some sites that can take forever to get back to you.
